Social Wal Lab Y has worked this way from Portland since 2014. What follows is the short version.

We work with a short list of makers we have visited in person, and we keep that list short on purpose.

We answer our own email, publish our terms in full and keep the client list short enough to recite from memory. If that reads as slow, it is — on purpose, and it is the part people come back for.
